{7 Rounds (over 2 months) + 15 days On The Job} Interview = Community Manager Role
The message received on 7-Apr-2015 got the ball rolling into a domain that has stayed with me since then.
The interview process started for the role of Operations Manager in Mumbai and by the time it was done, the role of Community Manager at Hyderabad was offered.
I was clueless most of the time during the process because the idea of a Co-working space and the role of Community Manager was an alien concept.
After watching the video on My Big Plunge.
“I would get to work with multiple startups in their entrepreneurial journey” and it resonated very well and the job description stated past startup experience has extra points.
It looks like you would love doing whatever this job would entail and the skills can be picked up on the go to be successful.

Following up every week after each and every round of interview to get clarity in terms of expectation and whether the organization is moving ahead with my application or not.
